OT3110af 200MHz General Purpose PLL

The OT3121af is a flexible clock multiplier PLL function with a wide range of input and output frequencies designed for a On Semiconductor C4 and C5 0.6µ mixed signal CMOS processes, and highly portable to any CMOS process. The design features an advanced 5 stage balanced VCO for which couples exceptional cycle to cycle jitter performance with low power and area requirements.
