The OT3120bh is a flexible clock multiplier PLL function with a wide range of input and output frequencies designed for Austriamicrosystems 0.35µ CMOS process family, and highly portable to any CMOS process. The design features an advanced 5 stage balanced VCO for which couples exceptional cycle to cycle jitter performance with low power and area requirements.
